How it works: if the agency that buys the ticket has an agency charge for the validating company of the carrier in the pricing rules, then when issuing an order, in addition to the itinerary receipt and EMD for additional services, a separate EMD for agency charge will be issued. If there are several people in the order, then the charge will be divided between them, the total amount of the charge will not increase.
